About Us

Brook is named after a poem written by Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The name of the poem is The Brook and it talks about the beautiful, endless life of a stream of water. For men may come and men may go but the brook goes on forever!

The first thing you'll notice when you walk into our store is the delicious aroma of freshly baked breads and the colourful treats displayed all around.

We are a chef-owned bakery and we believe in only serving food that is farm fresh, prepared delicately with love and free from preservatives.

We prepare our products using seasonal ingredients that are locally derived and follow practices that have the least possible negative impact on the environment.
