By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”)

We reserve the rights to refuse to serve / cancel any order at any point of time, without explanations. In such situations, if you had already made the payment, you shall be provided with a full refund of your order.

We do no accept next day delivery of any customised goods after 7 pm.

If you ask us to copy a cake/cupcake art from a photo provided by you, the most we can promise is a close copy. A 100% duplication would not be possible.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
1. Bookings
You can place your order through our website or by contacting us via the provided phone number or email id. Once your order is placed from your side, please wait for a confirmation email from us before considering it approved. The deliver / pickup time mentioned at the time of placing the order is an approximation of delivery time.
2. Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds
You can modify your order within 2 hours of order confirmation. No changes will be entertained post that. You can cancel your orders up to 2 hours before the time of delivery/pickup. However, you are eligible to a full refund only within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancelation charges up to 10 hours before delivery/pickup time - 50% of the total order amount
Cancelation charges 10- 6 hours before delivery/pickup time - 80% of the total order amount

Cancelation charges less than 6 hours before delivery/pickup time - 100% of the order amount
3. Returns and Exchanges
We strive to provide a great customer experience and take pride in the quality products. In the rare case that a product fault occurs, please notify us of your concern immediately (within 2 hours of pick-up/delivery) and immediate action will be taken.
You can send us an email or walk into our store with the product and proof of purchase. If our team considers the that the product is faulty as a result of culpability from our side, we shall take appropriate actions.
We will give you credit for the amount returned for use towards a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit or online voucher. After analysing the situation, we shall decide on a suitable arrangement, either a refund of the sums paid or a new delivery of the Products within ten (10) days from cancellation of the order.
5. Deliveries
We only deliver within a 5 km radius of our location.
Deliveries are free of charge within 2 km of our location.
A delivery charge is applicable on deliveries outside the 2 km radius.

We do not accept deliveries before 10 am and after 8pm.
You can pick your order from the outlet till 9pm.
